Friday, December 19 (10:30A) *SPECIAL EVENT: HOLIDAY CLASS FOR A CAUSE (Ashley/Marisa)

Join us for one of our favorite holiday traditions: Holiday Class for a Cause. We’ll kick things off with a festive blend of Barre Bootcamp & Mat Barre-style class set to holiday tunes. (Think Hot Mat Barre without the heat and some of the drills of Barre Bootcamp.)

After class, we’ll head to Il Gusto restaurant for our Annual Holiday Lunch and assemble sandwiches for St. Vincent’s DePaul Homeless Shelter — a simple but meaningful way to give back. A great way to celebrate the season together: moving our bodies, sharing a meal, and spreading love to those who need it most. 💛 (Sign-up Genuis Here to bring sandwich items for assembly.)

Barre Bootcamp is a mix of classic barre, and cardio-boosting agility drills to increase metabolic rate. This 50-minute dynamic class will have you burning calories before the sun comes up, and energized for the day.
