| Hot Mat Barre | Our newest signature muscle-burning class will blend precise, controlled, barre-focused movements with the intensity of an 85º heated room. Expect deep muscle engagement, long holds and high repetitions. The heat will enhance flexibility, encourage detoxification through sweat, and add extra intensity to every pulse!
| Barre Bootcamp | a mix of classic barre and cardio-boosting agility drills to increase metabolic rate.
| Mommy Bootcamp | Barre Bootcamp with a special focus on the physical needs of moms – prenatal, postpartum and all of motherhood. Babies and children are welcome to attend (playroom onsite).
| Slow Flow Yoga | a 60-minute, gentle, breath-based, mindful movement practice to build strength and flexibility while fostering mind-body connection. This slow-moving class will guide you towards listening to your body, quieting the mind, and cultivating inner calm.
