This introductory running clinic will start with us walking, then slowly add short intervals of jogging, and eventually building to complete a 5K jog together. So grab your little one, jogging stroller, and join me and other Moms for a fun time on the Farmington Canal. (*Kids and strollers are not required, You are welcome to do this clinic kid-free.)
Where: The Jarvis St entrance to the canal in Cheshire [496 Jarvis St., Cheshire.]
