Expect breakfast sandwiches\, egg white wraps\, omelettes\, pancakes\, plus delicious drinks like Coffee Butter Latte\, Salted Caramel Cloud\, maple sea salt matcha and much more.  \n\n\n\nThe fun\, energetic class will blends precise\, controlled\, barre-focused movements on a mat with deep muscle engagement\, long holds and high repetitions.
